The units will feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a private elevator, and either 11-ft or 14-ft terraces. The development will also include 16 villas, with approximately 3,000 SF interior space, a private pool, and Jacuzzi.

Above the Mall, the 6-acre amenity deck will include swimming pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, signature spa, amphitheater, and dog walking park. Paramount Worldcenter will also have a pool, bar, and Jacuzzi in a separate amenites space located on the rooftop level.

The Mall at Miami Worldcenter will feature 765,000 SF of best-in-class retail, destination dining, and entertainment. Complementing the experience is the 7th Street Promenade with European-style outdoor cafés, bars, restaurants, and boutique retail shops.

Miami Worldcenter will also be home to the new Marriott Marquis World Convention Center Hotel, featuring approximately 1,800 rooms and 600,000 square feet of meeting, exhibition, and convention space.
